Poof!
It is banished. Forever. Good riddance. Here’s the spell steps so you can make it go away in your newly installed 10.4.
1. Open System Preferences… from the Apple menu.
2. Click on the Keyboard & Mouse icon.
3. From the Keyboard tab at the bottom click the Modifier Keys… button.
This appears….
4. Choose No Action or Control (even more useful) from the menu next to Caps Lock.
There. Caps Lock isn’t.
