These tests are curious. They take a bunch of words and apply general statistics to them to come up with some lofty answer. Amazing thing statistics. Best known as the third lie of the great list of lies: Lies, damn lies and stats.
Even more curious is what is this company doing with the findings? They get a little demographic data at the beginning. They also get what computer I have, the ISP and the IP address which translates back to location. So they could get implied income from all of that. But so what.
What about if you look at this from “one question”? Like the “are you happy question.” Discover that into “people in San Francisco are unhappy” (or happy) and that little tidbit helps targeted marketing.
All I get in return is some blah, blah, blah nugget that makes me feel good. Maybe you don’t want to take that test.
